The conference will take place at Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK) – Scientific and
Technological Hub.
FBK is one of Italy's leading research institutes, recognized for excellence in ICT, digital health,
and social sciences.

Please note: FBK is not located in Trento city centre, but uphill in a small district called Povo,
approximately 4 km from the train station.
Getting to Trento
By Airplane: The nearest major airport is Verona Valerio Catullo (approx. 90 km). From
there, take the shuttle bus to Verona train station (every 20 minutes), then a direct train to Trento
(approx. 1 hour).

By Train: Trento is well connected by rail. Two main lines serve the city: the Brennero line
(connecting to northern Europe and southern Italy) and the Valsugana line (connecting to Venice).

By Car: Trento is easily accessible via the A22 motorway (Brennero Motorway). Take the exit
Trento Centro or Trento Nord depending on your direction of travel. For detailed driving

By Bus (recommended): The city has a frequent and reliable urban bus network. The journey
from the city centre to FBK takes approximately 10–15 minutes.
Line 5 – The quickest option. Board at Piazza Dante (in front of the train station) or Piazza
Venezia. Get off at Povo – Facoltà di Scienze or Povo Sommarive. Tickets can be purchased
at newsstands or on board.
Line 13 – Useful if you are in the southern part of the city. Get off at Povo – Piazza Manci
and walk downhill to FBK.
